Murtha should have been voted out long ago. He buys his votes with earmarks. His district has so many unnecessary highways in it is disgusting. 60 minutes did a thing on him long time ago on how good he is in bringing the bacon home to his district. I have nothig against earmarks per se, but he goes over the top.
